Dogs are cute and fun to play with, staff is extremely rude and dismissive. I would highly recommend that you adopt and not deal with these people. I didn't like how they treated the dogs either. Gave then super small amounts of food even when there were 3 dogs in the cage. Also the bedding for them is just shredded up paper.

We have adopted two wonderful dogs from Family Puppy.  Neither one have any medical issues and both have been easy to train and very loving family pets.  Would recommend this facility!!

If you want to buy a dog instead of adopting this is the place to go, don't go to the mall, these dogs are kept in a cleaner and nicer environment. You can also tell the dogs are healthier here. I still suggest to adopt but if you can't, this is the place to go.

My first time at this location. I was interested in a Shepard/ lab mix and they were all sold at my nearby location. The staff there sent me to this location. Upon arrival it took 20 min for staff to even acknowledge me. They put me in the larger room to play and socialize with the dog. I wasn't aware that once the door is closed only staff can open door it doesn't open from inside. Well five min into socializing with the dog it became very nippy and biting and pulling our pant legs. She wouldn't stop and wasn't destracted by the toys. You couldn't touch her or she nip your hand or arm. We knocked and knocked to get out of there once we couldn't get out. No staff paying attention we are trying to get away from this dog leaping up on us and nipping our arms, legs. Finally a customer got the staff and she let us out. I told her the dog is extremely nippy and not sociable. She said yeah she's teething. Well that would of been nice to know that dog is nippy. Glad my daughter is older. Staff need more training. I won't be back. And I feel sorry for the dog because she need love and socializing.

Selena and Annika made the experience of buying our first puppy memorable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and very patient with my wife and I. We walked out feeling comfortable and confident that we found the perfect addition to our family!
