Very nice place. Many cute dogs, and the customer service was great. Dogs are more on the expensive side due to them being purebreds, and coming with a kennel plus much more. If you’re willing to spend a little money in a puppy and you know they’re well taken care of, then I would go to this place. 10/10 for sure!

$3500 for a mixed breed dog. (A mutt of 50% 25% 25%) Which is ridiculous for what it comes with. Typically it costs $1500 more for the first year of vet costs and supplies after their 1 month warranty is over. They do offer loans or credit cards. I can buy an akc pure breed with papers for this amount. I do like that you can see all types of breeds in one place. The puppy’s seem healthy and well taken care of. It’s hard to find places like this anymore. I see way more adoption events as most stores are moving away from the shopping approach.

I’ve passed Petland so many times and finally got a Yorkie named him Scott because he looks like Teen Wolf. The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive. Really excited about my new addition to the family, we got everything we needed! Offered great discount on items not included in the take home package!

Petland Novi always has a great selection of puppies to choose from. Before purchasing our puppy, we would always walk in to look and see what they had available, and always ended up playing with a puppy. After inquiring about purchasing I asked about the pricing, which is quite steep. For that reason alone, I did not purchase a puppy from Petland Novi. Also, we were pretty particular in what kind of dog we wanted. The package you receive when purchasing a puppy seems like a great deal, but is definitely added into the total cost of the puppy. I also had some concerns about whether some of the dogs were pure bred or mixed, as they sometimes label a certain type of dog, but it looks mixed. Those are just some things to look out for if it matters to you. Overall, Petland seems like a somewhat reasonable place to purchase a puppy from, but you can purchase a pure bred from a reputable breeder for better price.

Got my first puppy here when I moved to my new house and have loved her ever since! Still have her and she’s such a cute loving dog! Also love how you can come play with any of the puppies of your choice when you come into the store! Such cute puppies I always end up leaving wanting all of them!!(:
