Animal stores like this disgust me. The puppies are kept in this glass container with a light peering over their heads and people constantly walking by tapping on the glass or trying to play with them. Some of the crates have many puppies in them at once. They barely have any room to move. It’s completely inhumane and sad. 9 times out of 10 these dogs come from puppy mills and grow up with detachment problems or health issues. You can easily go to an animal shelter or reputable breader for cheaper and a more humane route rather than supporting these pet stores that will continue to support puppy mills because they are getting profit. I have no idea how these store owners could be so cold hearted just from some cash. These animals deserve better. Adopt, don’t shop!

The Troy store had a good selection of dogs very friendly! We actually just got our new golden retriever here he was the smallest of the ones. I would recommend this place for sure!

Walked into the family puppy on a Sunday and it was very busy long wait to see a puppy but was worth it!! my family and i are looking for a Pomeranian sadly they didn't have any at the moment said they get new puppies every week. employees are super nice and the puppies were in good shape looked pretty healthy. The price was a little higher than i expected to spend BUT they did say you can finance. My family and I will surely be buying a pom once they get one in!!

staff was knowledgeable prices a little on the high side but once they go over everything that comes with the puppies it's reasonable. Place looks clean and puppies did look healthy I am actively looking so I will be back👍

The list of horrible things I could say about this place is endless. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a family pet from this store. May it be from the living conditions down to the dogs having water parasites! This is shameful and cruel! They put two bigger puppies together claiming that they "sell the dogs so fast they aren't in there for long" but from what I have found is that the dogs die from the parasite. This is animal cruelty and you should not put your money into this place! The dogs have hardly any room to move and the dogs are sick! They are only in it for the money. Very upset with how they treat their animals and utterly disgusted after hearing about the parasites.
