I have been making monthly visits to this store for supplies for our 4 cats for over 2 years now, but last night Austin reaffirmed why I continue to come here instead of using Amazon!! When I asked him about a promotion going on for Purina and asked about the pricing, without hesitation, he agreed with my comments and refunded me cash. I have always had great experiences and have never has any issue with a return, even food that was opened but was not liked by my cats. I will continue to refer all my friends and hope that your staff knows how much they are appreciated!!!

Great shopping experience. All the staff seemed really happy to be there and were very helpful. Even carrying my big bag of dog food out to the car. The Self-service dog wash is really affordable and they offer some great coupons.

I go here quite often. They always carry the brand of food and other things for my dogs and cats. I prefer to go here because of prices, I also have the rewards card so that helps too. But I recently switched my cats over to Blue Buffalo Healthy Gourmet wet food. Each time I come in here I cannot find it, and it looks like they don't carry it at all. Very common wet food - could be wrong. Great place, great people, been here for over 18 years

Good prices and staff is friendly and helpful! Glad they increased their clothing line for pets. They carry most high quality pet food and will order items that are not in stock.

Love Pet Supplies Plus because it always seems to have exactly what we need in the quantities we need. It's also the only place in the world of pet supplies that you can purchase quality dog food like, "chicken Soup for the dog lovers soul."
