Small place but BIG flavors! I had the mushroom appetizer with side of risotto. Absolutely delightful. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would love to go back... great stop along my travels!

Great food and service! I try to visit here at least once a month to enjoy a great meal. Food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly.

Just the best. Get the Two Time. You'll thank me later. Really though, everything here is delicious and the people are always super nice and welcoming.

Awesome little place. The best Italian food this side of Philly...and honestly there are not too many Philly restaurants better than the Fat Tomato. I've been to the Italian Market area many times and have tried quite a few restaurants there so i'm confident in my statement. My wife and I had an excellent experience. Everything was so fresh. It's hard to find really fresh food these days. The service was excellent. Our server was very attentive but not intrusive. I had the Frutti De Mare...out of this world. The seafood was so delicious. My wife had Chicken Marsala. That was excellent. You could tell it wasn't prepared hours before and just reheated. I really can't say enough about the Fat Tomato. We will be back...there are too many entrees that my wife and I still want to try. Job well done Fat Tomato. You have a new customer.

Our new favorite restaurant. My husband loves the mussels. I love the Chicken Valdestano.
