DO NOT TRUST The First National Bank of Central Texas WITH YOUR MONEY!!! I deposited two checks yesterday and was short money, after getting that all taken care of finally (which was a pain in the butt as well) today I go to get gas and my card won't work YET it still shows I'm getting charged for the transactions. Then I try to call the help line and find out the all the phones are disconnected. Finally I email and facebook message them to figure out what is going on and the guy in charge can't even get ahold of anyone at HIS OWN BANK!! If you are doing business or thinking about doing business with these people I would HIGHLY suggest looking somewhere else! Like maybe the gas station on the corner with the slot machines, at least you would get better customer service!

This bank is a joke, they do NOT offer the overdraft protection for my husbands account, however they FORCE payments to go through even after they have been canceled. Canceling our account with these crooks!!! DO NOT BANK HERE, THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
