Simply amazing.  I'd say even better than Shiro's in Seattle.  Fresh dishes with homemade sauces perfectly paired for your delight.

Went to dinner last night with my lovely partner and were enjoying one of the dishes prepared by the owner, Chef Hiro , when a commotion behind us was developing.
It would appear that a couple had entered the restaurant and the man was demanding that he be served with lots of soy sauce. The waitress explained that the establishment did not have that product which is served in most Sushi restaurant. The man created a scene and forcefully reiterated that he be served the soy sauce and refused to pay his bill.
The reason I mention this is that the chef is not only the owner but CHEF HIRO makes and prepares all of the sauces himself and does not use any commercial products. As a result, all of his creation are AMAIZINGLY delicious and UNIQUE.
This is one of the finest dinning experiences we have had.

Live oyster ,uni are the best, the one of best sushi . Highly recommended .

Amazing, some of the best sushi I have ever eaten. Chef Hiro combines high quality fish sourced from around the world  with creative and simple preparation. Get the chef's menu to try out a variety of fantastic dishes on offer. It's not cheap, but the value of the meal is worth the cost. I want to go there again very soon!

I've had sushi everywhere...this stuff I literally dream about. Chef knows his stuff...makes his own soy sauce, fresh Wasabi (none of that green paste you find everywhere else), nothing ever frozen.  Try the trout and especially the Badass #3. Yellowtail is off the charts. Not for kids... or people who are looking for all you can eat or California rolls.
