My favorite restaurant in socal. Great chefs, great food, not so great drinks (taste like juice and cost $13) and great atmosphere. I love going here with my co-workers and friends on weekends. It's a great place to have amazing conversations a show over some amazing Japanese food. Huge menu as well with endless choices!

The experience was horrible. The waiter was forgetful. He brought all our drinks late. . He couldn't even take a picture of our party He said, he was coming back with another camera to take the picture never came back. He sucked big time. I think he was from England😳😟 😏 to be honest we left a good tip because the cook was great!!!! I would not come back again 😏😟😔!!!!!!!!

It’s always a great time at Benihana....it’s out go to place for birthday dinners. Can’t beat the service and the food is always tasty. Having the food prepared right in front of you with a personal flair always makes waiting for each course to be prepared super hard.

Ah, Benihanas... brings back memories of my childhood. Hard to believe this restaurant chain has been open for 25+ yrs. Food is consistently tasty but the experience has degraded over the years. Hibachi chefs used to be skilled, funny and entertaining. Now you're lucky to get one who doesn't over cook your steak. I still go, but silently miss the "good ole days". Parking is valet or street and best to make a reservation + arrive on time. Otherwise prepare for a looong wait! Great place for a med size groups.

Not as good as it used to be. They now put garlic butter on everything. If you like that, you'll enjoy the food. If not, be sure to ask the chef to use regular butter for your food. It's still a fun treat for birthdays and other celebrations.
