I feel like with the food academy having a limited menu for valentines say, it should have been much better service. It also was not a lot of people in the restaurant for all this to happen. Maybe 14 people. A few people did walk out. Had a reservation for 8pm. Didn't receive our entree until after 9:15pm. This is after they gave our food to another table and they had to remake our food. So after sitting at a table for an hour and 15 minutes, the salmon was not done when we received it. So they had to remake the food again. After we received out entree, the appetizer finally came out which was the salmon croquettes which were very good. Left the entrees at the table and never received the dessert. I also never received the free glass of champagne. I feel like I just paid $55.00 plus tax for an appetizer only because that was the only thing that was decent to eat. And I had to prepay to even make the reservation. So there was not even a way to get a refund. I really would like a refund as this place was a negative 1. Not a good restaurant. Very poorly managed. UPDATE: NO REFUND IS ALLOWED PER OWNER. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!

I'm lost as to how this place has a 5-star average review. Literally nothing about this place warrants more than one star. Service is painfully slow, food is poorly cooked and underseasoned. Cocktails were also slow to arrive and poorly made. I ordered an old fashioned and whatever she served me definitely had Scotch instead of bourbon. The "complimentary champagne" was terrible as well. Not sure what it was, but it wasn't "champagne". It tasted like sugar water mixed with club soda. Overall, this was a horribly disappointing Valentine's Day. Lucky for them, they don't give refunds or I'd definitely be asking for one.

This place is beautiful! The owners are very nice and accommodating. The food is so good it touches your soul. Seriously the everything including the mashed potatoes, vegetables, chicken, and pork chops we're seasoned to perfection.

I've been very happy with this place. It's got interesting dishes that aren't normal mixtures that you get everywhere else. The sauce has good flavor and the food is not dry. I've eaten lunch here a number of times and I've also taken clients and other associates there.
