Cooking fresh, wholesome meals at home is certainly expensive and time consuming. It can also be frustrating if you are not particularly skilled in cooking. Buying all those fresh ingredients you only need a little of can also be wasteful. Many of you have children, and when are they giving you the time to carefully craft a healthy dinner?! So with all this working against you, how can normal people eat better? We want to help.
At Primal Gourmet, we believe in the following things:

Based on these five things, we want to provide a top notch service to you offering delicious prepared food items and "heat-n-eat" pre-portioned meals. Every component is made in house so we can prepare items that are free of processed sugar and gluten. You can enter our store and choose from an ever changing variety of ready-to-eat refrigerated items sold by volume. Heat up the items to be served warm and your meal is ready, simple as that. You can also sign up to receive pre-portioned, never frozen individual meals for up to a week at a time. Meals will be sold in the store as well. Our meals will be perfect for generally healthy eaters, Crossfit athletes, Weight Watchers participants, diabetics, elderly folks that are not able to cook, and everyone else that simply does not have time to cook! Most importantly, we want to make our products AFFORDABLE! Making our products available to more people by keeping our costs down is one of our top goals.
A sample of what some of our meals might look like is below.
-Mesquite grilled chicken tenderloins with roasted garlic barbecue glaze, served with pumpkin spice roasted sweet potato chunks and collard greens
-PG's Shrimp and Grits: White shrimp, chicken sausage, peppers, onions, and grape tomatoes sauteed together with Cajun spices and served over Anson Mills rice grits
-Rotisserie grilled pork tenderloin medallions with a caramelized shallot blackberry glaze, brown rice pilaf with apples and cranberries, chicken braised baby kale
