A particularly nice sandwich shop. The staff are just super: friendly and courteous every time! Delicious food-love the Cuban sandwich! Prices are on par with other sandwich shops.

Food is decent. However, they tend to get the orders half wrong most of the time regardless of them confirming your order. 
Customer service on the other hand is an issue. No consistency with procedures and nothing but attitude from the girl who answers the phone. Seems as though she is too bothered to do her job. Management isn't much better. Maybe owners should think about cleaning house and starting with a fresh staff. Otherwise the current staff and management will continue to bring this place of business down. 
Proceed with caution when ordering from here.

Wonderful place! Ordered two hoagies and some fries with cheese. My kids absolutely loved the fries, especially the cheese that they came with. 
The bread was also very fresh, probably the best hoagies I've had in a while! 
Overall, the food and experience was excellent, and my family didn't have a problem at all with any rude staff like many others have been complaining about.

Excellent choice for a quick stop in Richboro. Love the roll. Always busy, no matter what day you stop in.

I gave this place 2 stars only because the chicken steak was good and the counter girl was very polite.
Other than that the food took and hour and a half and my burger and chicken tenders and fries was cold very poor service!!!!
