The nasty food I have ordered.  Let begin with when called the restaurant to add sweet peppers to the Chicken salad hoagie. The order taker was  rude. She put down the phone without saying please hold on . When returned to the phone . She reported attitude you just will have to pay $1.00 to the driver . Then she hang up the phone . My food arrived on time . The delivery was pleasant and I gave home $ 4.50 tip . Well the delivery person probably had better meal with tip then I did. The chicken salad tasted like tuna fish with 5 pieces of sweet peppers . The fries was burn and cold with a lot black pepper and salt.  The soda was warm????  . I threw every thing the trash except for the soda. After I attempted to contact the owner and was told by the same rude order taker the owner won't be in until next. 
I just wasted $20.00

I've been ordering here for about 2 yrs. The service is absolutely amazing. The girls on the phone get everything right, they're polite and quick.
Their food and prices are good and I would recommend it. Their delivery service is great they always arrive earlier than they say.

We love Big Sam’s!! We ordered a few times from Big Sam’s with family and friends and we fell in love with the place. Girls over there are just wonderful and they have great costumer service. The food tastes great. If you have never tried Taco Pizza, you gotta try it, its just amazing. You can’t find the Philly cheesesteaks that Sam’s makes from anywhere else. We always order big orders and they are always on time and we get free stuff from them. If you’re reading this review you gotta try them out. They’re great.

My order came to me slightly off from what I ordered. The staff was extremely polite and handled replacing the entire order in a timely and professional fashion. As a business manager, if this were my staff, I would commend them for a job well done. Thank you!

This place is not very good.  The food is just ok.  The atmosphere in this place is a bit shady.  I would recommend skipping this place.  There are so many pizza places close enough by to go check out that are easily way better:  Casanova's, La Vera, Trevose Pizza, Angelas II.
