We went to The Furniture Mart today looking for a sectional. After a less than exceptional experience at a different store, we were pleasantly surprised by our greeting by Chris. He met us at the door and told us about the sale and where to find the sectionals we were looking to buy. He periodically checked on us and answered all of our questions as we posed many. He was helpful and not pushy. It was a great experience and will likely be back in the future to work with Chris when we are in the market for more furniture. Thanks Chris!

Had an excellent experience at Furniture Row with Brittany Kimber. She was super helpful and knowledgeable and took the extra time to hep move pieces around so we could see how it would all work together. I didn't feel pressured one bit. Will definitely buy from Brittany again. I suggest anyone looking for a helpful furniture buying experience ask for her by name!

I bought a tv stand. Went to pick it up and the box was damaged. We checked the top of the stand and it was fine so we brought it home in the box. After opening the box the bottom of the stand was damaged. Called the store and they replaced the stand and agreed out of "courtesy" to deliver it for free. The new stand came and there was damage on the replacement stand. Waiting to hear what they plan to do about it. Seems like the warehouse and or delivery people are not very careful. We have a sectional yet to be delivered and I am wondering now if we made the right decision on our purchase . When I pay the kind of money we did on our items I expect them to be in perfect condition. The only plus side of our experience so far was working with Chris.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Chris, and he was extremely helpful, answered all my questions. Gave us time to look around. Was the best service I have ever gotten.

Chris Desherlia is Awesome!!! He showed me so many options that fit my style while keeping it within my budget. I will most DEFINATELY come back and shop with him in the future. Very satisfied!!!
