I am highly disappointed in your store and how you treat people. I just got off the phone with my grandmother and she came in to by a new couch for her basement that flooded. She picked out a couch, had it set for delivery, and two hours before it was set to be delivered she got a call saying that YOUR store had mismarked the couch. Instead of being a good business, your store decided to tell her that she had to pay the difference in order to get the couch. This was not her fault but yours. I can't believe that a company would treat a customer in such a way when it was your mistake. I work in retail and I can understand mistakes happen. But when mistakes happen of your end, you have to honor it. Edit: I am happy to say that the store manager personally called me and honored the price that was given to her. Yes, I do feel better that it was resolved but as I told him too, it should never have gotten to this point. It should have been honored the first time. I am impressed at the speediness of this reply.

I bought a loveseat and couch on May 15th. I had to wait 5 weeks for the couch, ok. I was promised a June 21st delivery but my salesman messed up. I was then promised a July 6th delivery, but again somebody messed up! So then I was promised a July 8th delivery! Guess what! Somebody messed up! Now we are talking July 13th! Will that happen?!?! So very disappointed with this store. If I hadn't paid for this in May, I would have told them where they could put their couch!
