We bought a futon and frame from these folks over 15 years ago. After a couple of moves and some disassembly and reassembly over the years, the mattress is still in great shape but the frame was getting pretty rickety. The old one was so good, we looked these guys up on the Bay Area to replace it with a new one. Miguel did a great job getting us connected with a new frame that we hope to be using for another 15-20 years or so!

Went in looking for a Futon, walked out with a Futon, a bed frame, a night stand, and a mattress.
Very good customer service, good quality bed frame, good quality (memory foam) mattress, no problems.
Futon was a little damaged, and there weren't going to be any new ones in that model. But we got the floor model at a good price.
Delivered in four days, and the everything was set up for me.

We had a great experience, Robert walked us through all the options in a no pressure way. We left with a futon we are excited about.

it was fun going to the futon shop in san mateo to pick out my new futon! Miguel was so helpful and informative. Everything went smoothly, he explained in detail how the futon would work, delivery processes, how to maintain my mattress and much more. Thank you Miguel!!
