Seriously wanted to give a shout out to tiffany for putting up with my roommate and I. we called and email her EVERYDAY about every little thing and she was always there to help us. Even going out her way to help us get our things in order to move in our new place. I just wanted to say thank you tiffany for every thing you done for us so far and thank you for show me what my place will look like and personally calling me to tell me I was approve for my place.

I don't even know where to begin. We came here hoping to find a nice place for our kids while saving money since we fell into debt leasing with another Harbor Group property. So many things wre wrong with this place: broken door seal in the winter, cracks in windows, washer frequently overflowing, large spiders continued to find ways into our home (along with other outdoor insects), broken A/C during the hottest days in the summer, loud neighbors (had to call the cops because of the domestic disputes next door), rowdy kids, broken outlets, and the list goes on. One of the worst incidents was when my back car window was shattered by neighbors' kids (the property had a water main break that they never fixed and covered with rocks so kids frequently threw rocks from it). I called the cops to make a report and even the cop told me that the community was terrible and to try to get out. I made the leasing office aware of what happened, sent the police report info and pictures of what happened and NOTHING WAS DONE. Not even a notice to parents about monitoring their children with the rocks. I was already out on maternity leave with little to no money so paying for a new back window was an extreme hardship. When the summer time came and our A/C broke, I had to send several maintenance requests before finally sending an email to the leasing office threatening legal action. Thankfully, we were blessed to find a new home however we had allocated what would've been our rent money into getting the home which later left us with a balance (and even more debt). Although there were times when the leasing office tried to show understanding, there were too many incidents that ruined our experience with the property. BE WARNED! Please look into other properties before settling on this one. Sometimes paying more will get you more instead going down the cheaper route like we did.

Esa es una mierda mantenimiento malo no sirve nada no enseñan los apartamentos antes si no el mismo día que uno se mueve pero salen bien parados ellos xq como ya tienen el deposito y la renta y el contrato firmado quien se jodió fue uno yo anadie le aconsejo rentar en esta conpañia
