Went to see Star Wars, first time in the theater in over a year and it still looks the same. Prices at concessions are out of control, as normal. But the overall of the theater is in good shape. They keep the lobby clean from all the popcorn and drink spills. And there were no nasty surprises in the theater seating. All in all a solid theater to enjoy a blockbuster film.

The theater set up is nice, but I think they should actually cool their theaters. It's muggy and humid and takes away from the movie experience. Other than that it's a good place.

The Grand Theatre is a very clean and good environment. They show good hospitality and makes sure your visit is worth your money and time. They make you want to come back again again.

Lost my keys. Told a employee.  They jumped right on it. I was impressed. Especially since customer courtesy is vanishing. Well done. Found my keys!.
