Clean up and flush out toxins with our 3 Day Juice Cleanse. The three day cleanse is designed to expedite the removal of toxins from your body, promoting a healthy balance from the inside out.
In our Restore Cleanse, each day consists of three Love juices, one spicy lemonade and one cashew milk. This cleanse is designed for those who want to shed a few pounds while filling yourself with fresh, organic juices. You will begin each day with a green drink for breakfast (on an empty stomach) then the other two drinks should be drunk throughout the day and into the evening. The cashew milk is a great source of protein and is best consumed for dinner or around bed-time. Drink the lemonade and lots of water throughout the day.
Our Nourish Cleanse consists of three Love juices, one spicy lemonade and a salad, raw entree or veggie soup. This cleanse is designed for clients that are cutting out unhealthy food, eating lighter and exercising. The juice and meal schedule dependent upon your schedule. We recommend juicing throughout the day and having your soup, raw entree or salad at dinner. Your spicy lemonade and lots of water may be drunk throughout the day.
