I've taken my bichon puppy here and we've had wonderful experiences.  He goes in once a month.  They understand my puppy's "dramatic" personality and work with him to make sure he's comfortable and stays calm.  He walks right in and doesn't try to run away - always a good sign since dogs know when something isn't right.  He is always clean, soft, and well groomed.  I once went in just to get his nails trimmed and they were concerned his paws were getting matted (curly coat) and worked him in for a quick shampoo and trim.  No problems with staff, everyone has always been polite and kind to me.

The times we have taken our lab he is always super hyper upon pickup...always...he is extremly thirsty and drinks a lot of water when we get home....that tells me he hasn't had much rest or downtime to cool off......one time he came home with a bad rash on his belly and looked horrible...upon pick up recently my husband was told that he had been jumping a lot and was "really hard to control"......that's probably  because the environment there with the dogs boarding is somewhat loud and not structured very well. They should know how to respond to a jumping dog/ puppy...  My husband was told by the mgr that "we will give him one more chance..." what the....is he talking about!? Our lab does not act hyper at home nor at another daycare he stays at at times. I serious believe they do not know how to control or deal with big dogs.  They need a more structured less loud and chaotic environment there.  To give an ultimatum on returning there and assume that my dog is uncontrollable is an insult. We won't be returning there.  They need some changes there.

All of my pets go here for grooming and boarding. Doggy Daycare is available for socialization and when you take them to groom. The staff is wonderful.

My husband and I love taking our dog to the grooming room pet hotel & spa! We recently moved to Charleston and we searched around the area for boarding and were very impressed with the set up. We have boarded our dog 
frequently and have been very pleased every time. Every single person that works there is so welcoming and helpful! Thank you for taking such good care of our puppy! :)

Our first visit to this groomer and we were not disappointed. Our dog was returned groomed in a timely, proper manner and ultra soft.
