Do NOT go to their Urgent Care Clinic on L street NE. 
I went there in December for a cold that I thought might be strep. I paid out of pocket same-day. Services were fine, no complaints and the doctor was nice. However, 4 months later I got a bill even though I had paid for everything. I've been trying to sort out the issue with Georgetown Medical Faculty Associates for 3 months now with no resolution, every customer service rep tells me a different story. Their billing department is a nightmare and the hassle of it means I will never return to that facility.

George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates has provided the best quality care for me, under Dr. Letita Carlson and staff for over twenty years. They were also responsible for saving my life, I had potential life threatening illnesses I didn't even know I had. Thankyou George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates and George Washington University Hospital.
