This is one of my favorite stores.  For the most part, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.  The prices are pretty good and I can find just about anything.  I give 4 stars because the cashiers talk a lot to each other and sometimes they forget to acknowledging the customers.

This is the best Home Depot here in Oakland on Alameda Avenue I went to the one in Union City the associates had no clue what was going on didn't understand what people were wondering wanting and where on the phone's constantly I think the store manager needs to be a little bit better with the customers and understand where they're coming from because when I went in there the manager never showed up after I requested for him after 20 minutes I left

Decently well organized. Seems to have improved from how I remember it. I like that the website has a pretty accurate scope of store inventory.

Management or lack there of.... This store is a mess. One person on returns and a line out the door. Workers wandering around not helping... Why is this Depot so bad compared to Emeryville... Even San Leandro is better....
