Went in to rent out a truck and heater guys instantly says hes not renting anything as if i was an inconvenience to him. "Systems were down." Call the one in carpentersville no problem! 

Didnt even say when they'd be up. Just a blatant no systems are down. With a get out attitude. Terrible. Why management would hire someone like that i cannot see why.

As always greeted by friendly helpful staff. Took us right to the product's we needed and prices are great.

James N. in carpeting and flooring was extremely helpful with our carpet and blinds.  Great kid, works hard.  Only downside was the lack of help in this department.  Many more customers than people to help.  He was trying to help 3 other customers while working on our blinds, carpeting and special order.  Thanks James.
