This review is related to their delivery/installation service for appliances.  Home Depot uses Spirit Delivery for their services.  I have never in my entire adult life had a worse customer service experience.  I bought and paid for a dishwasher on 6/29/17.  I still don't have this appliance, after being no-called and no-showed twice by Spirit, despite being given a phone confirmation and delivery window the day before.  Home Depot did absolutely NOTHING to help me.  They act as if they are held hostage by this delivery company, which is nonsense.  Why do they give them their business?? Look up reviews on Spirit Delivery.  I wish I had. I could go on and on about the ridiculously poor customer service by both Spirit and Home Depot.  I've spent literally hours on the phone trying to get through to Spirit's call center and also Home Depot's appliance reps and managers.  After being no-called/no-showed, I then had to wait a week each time for rescheduling because they had no available appointments.  I still do not have this appliance, though it's been paid in full and neither GE nor Home Depot is willing to reimburse even just the delivery fee until after I receive the appliance.  I WILL NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SHOP FOR ANYTHING AT HOME DEPOT AGAIN.  I will happily give all of my business to Lowes and Sears and all other direct competitors for everything from trash bags to kitchen cabinets.

I entered Home depot with apprehension b/c of little experience with flooring. As I approached flooring, I was greeted by Orlando. I asked him questions, and he provided great advice. He also encouraged me to take samples before my final decision . I really appreciated all his suggestions and patience. I will return and make my purchase with Orlando.

I honestly love Home Depot but every time I go I have to run out of their Conshohoken store because their Christmas music is unbearable, depressing and the same songs over and over.... the songs don’t even change on different days! Do they just have one CD and play it over and over? Someone needs to show them Pandora, Spotify, Google Play.... so many options now! I can only imagine their employees going crazy!

It was great. I went in to pick up my online order. It literally took five minutes with no hassle. And since that went so quick, I decided to get a few paint sample. The associate in the paint department was very helpful and even suggested what finish would be best for a bedroom. I have no complaints.

Nice store bought some paint but didn't have a common oil tank gauge vial in stock. That's why there's Amazon!
