I had a good experience with this company. One cabinet door came dented and it took 7 weeks to receive a replacement but it was resolved without any conflict. I chose RTA Vanilla Shaker cabinets and they are nicer than anticipated. The finish is a creamy white with a very slight shine. Cabinet were to all true to advertise sizes.  My husband and I assembled all the cabinets and most took under a 1/2 hour. We glued and staple each along with the cam locks that are included with the cabinetry. I was happy with the out come and would recommend this company.

The order came in on time and all parts were in great condition. Exactly what I ordered. Waiting for counter top installation. I will post pics when it is finished. Highly recommended. This is the first time I have ordered from RTA and the cabinets were very easy to put together. Great Quality. Very Happy customer and an even Happier wife!! Thank you..

I just placed my order with RTA this week. So far, everything has gone very smoothly. The designer got back to me very quickly with all items needed for a great kitchen. I priced the same items through another RTA cabinet store and couldn't believe how much more reasonable this one was. The fact that they are local to me and had great customer service was just icing on the cake! I am so excited to pick up the cabinets and have them installed!

I purchased Elegant White Shaker cabinets for my entire house. Which was my Kitchen and 4 vanities. It ended up being about $6k or so. I've NEVER done ANY cabinetry before. The purchasing process they have is pretty well planned. Plenty of emails to prepare you. I'll admit though - it's a LOT of information to take in. But if you are committed to saving the money, even a NOOB can get great results. I was not able to check all my cabinets within 48 hours of arrival, it's not really practical to do so. If I opened every box to look at them, you would never get all the boxes back together to store them while you are building them. My order was 2 pallets FULL of cabinets. For the most part, assembly is pretty easy (easier than IKEA to me anyway). Upper corner cabinet was pretty challenging. Lazy Susan was VERY CHALLENGING. The video directions on YouTube are for different versions of this cabinet. There are actually two of them and one is not even close to the same type, and the other is like 80% the same. I was able to get the cabinet assembled eventually, but at least for that cabinet, some written directions or a diagram would be better. Some of the drawer bottoms were slightly warped (maybe 2 or 3 out of 50) which made assembly harder. But overall, I was extremely happy with the entire process. I've attached a photo but it is not the finished product. In retrospect, my biggest recommendation would be to just understand that this is going to be A LOT of work. But in the end you will save a ton of money. I estimate that I saved around $10k judging from quotes I got for having this work done by a pro.

Since I  have been in the engineering field my entire career, I have worked with many designers.  Working with your designer is not only a pleasure but was handled with detailed professionalism.  All questions were answered and suggestions were offered to make the project better. All questions and suggestions were addressed professionally with your designer.  I would recommend you and your service to anyone.
