Went in and bout over 400 worth of tools and was planning on buying wood. When I got to the checkout the wood rang up for $9.56 when it was stocked with 3 boxes marked for $2.07. I walked the cashier over to the area and showed her that it was clearly marked at $2.07 she agreed and called over her manager who then would not honor that price. They had stocked it wrong and I had spent over an hour getting the wood for my project and had to leave all that I had and what was cut because they would not honor it when it was their mess up. I could understand if it was one piece but the entire display was wrong. Really bad way to do business. I for sure will never shop here again!

They are very helpful people to wait on you when you come in best place around to get your your lumber paint anything you need for new or used

Bought a safe from here, recommended it to my friends and my safe broke. Went to replace it and got the worst customer service ever. Took 4 people to call in "Ana from the hardware section", just to come and tell me that she cant do anything. Not even give me a small deal to buy another safe.Very unpleasant and unhelpful. Thanks but I'll be going to Lowe's from now on.
