Never has a bad experience here. Well, the guys who cut wood need some thorough explaining, but this is overall a good place.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I always enjoy a stop at Home Depot, the only thing that I would I dislike is how busy it is to get to the plaza, Palm Ave is so crowded.

Customer service is non existent in this store.  I know I pay more at Lowe's but at least there I get service.  I stool in the plumbing isle for 20 minutes waiting for someone after someone else said they didn't work in that area and they would send someone.  The call for an attentant in plumbing was called, but no one ever came.  Others were waiting too!  Additionally, I came during their "slow time". Imagine if I'd come on a Saturday or Sunday.  Home Depot maybe economical, but it's not worth it!

Went in this am for pipes and a no one in plumbing so Darrell from another area was so very helpful and hooked us up with what we needed . And then for the rest we really needed an associate to cut some specific pipes so the pro desk got us Carlos Santander that was very nice and helpful and took care if what we needed. Thanks!!!

Easily bought a new dishwasher. Allowe gave excellent service in the appliances department. Then, received excellent help when purchasing Patio furniture as well as the irrigation drip system. We were helped quickly and efficiently in every department.
