Great selection with mediocre to very poor customer service. I stopped one employee near the window section for help today. He said to ask someone from that department. Fine. I finally found someone who could help me with window measurements but he told me "I have a customer waiting." Fine, but at least call someone else to help me. 15 minutes later, no one appears. I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I have been to this Home Depot probably over a thousand times and honestly have to say that the customer service is not always the best. The staff seems very unknowledgeable and they are less than interested and helping out. That doesn't go for everybody there are a few helpful people in the store that will go above and beyond and try to help you with your purchase.

Just went in to buy some salt for snow and other items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cashier at the self checkout was very attentive and super friendly. Prices are decent as I would expect from Home depot. At least they have a variety of brands when looking for a specific item.

Great store Pro Enough employees to be available but not too many that it looks like there and more employees than customers Employees know where things are even in other departments Mostly orderly Easy and a pleasure to shop here Employee in the electrical department was very nice and helpful Cons loose bolts a little disorganized Closes at 9pm Can't get pipe scraps (for free or to purchase) No 2 awg wire (not really a con since only welders really use it but it was one of the things on my list)

Terrible serivce... No one around found someone who saidnthey would page somone. Waited another 15 minutes... Saw 5 associates in an issue just chatting with each other then left without what I needed and went do Lowe's
