MAJORITY of staff is invisible when assistance is needed. Manager is useless. Know about the product you want or you will receive no help. Customer service does not exist. I give it two stars for convenient location.

It is not the first time l have visited this store. I have always found the staff uncaring, unhelpful to the point of being rude. Just the opposite of what I found in their other stores. I would like to give a shout out to the staff in the Orangburg store. They are professional, pleasant and helpful. Good job!

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! PLEASE, do not buy anything from this store. They will come to your home and try to charge you for installation of an appliance that is supposed to have FREE installation. They will then install the item incorrectly and when the item fails to run properly, they will drag out the proper install/repair process until you just want a refund and to be done with them. THAT IS WHEN THEY HAVE YOU BY THE THROAT because when you try to return the appliance you had installed WRONG and dispute the charge on your credit card until something is done, they say "SORRY, IT IS OUTSIDE OF OUR 90 DAY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY! BYE NOW!!!" STAY AWAY, BUYER BEWARE!!!
