No matter where you go in this store the customer service is exceptional. I met my name sake at customer service on 1 visit while asking for assistance with plumbing, the other employees kept mentioning, my name, over the intercom for a phone call 😒, turns out, they had, yep, and employee, exact same name... Beautiful Garden Center, the staff answers any and every question, I ask with patience, and a smile. Wayne in the Paint dept awesome! Saturday educational classes, flooring, plumbing, there is not anywhere, or anytime, and there has been many in this past year, that I have been in the Home Depot, in Terrell TX, that I was not greeted with a smile, treated kindly, in a professional manner, with patience, given the best advice, educated above and beyond the project at hand. Thanks to this store, I have repaired toilets, flooring, furniture, you name it, if they can't help me with it, they know who can. I could, and have gotten lost, in this store 😊.

I'm from out town and I found this store's layout to be well organized things were easy to find I didn't need help finding what I was looking for. Plus there prices are lower than the home depot in my town. The manager and staff in this store have this store running very well!!

Big parking lot! Nice, clean Bathrooms that we all appreciate. Prices are reasonable. Great place to shop.

It's a great place to do you DIY shopping. Reasonably priced and so much to choose from. Whether it be plants, patio furniture, tools or lumber, Home Depot has it all.

In November we purchased an ice box, stove and microwave and were told we got 10% off and 18 months interest free. Ice box wasn't in and we were suppose to receive all items in January. We paid the first bill and noticed the interest on first payment. We contacted Billing department and was told we had to go to the store a 30 mile trip only to be told they didn't handle billing. Manager did call billing department. We were told that you don't get the discount and interest even though the manager said they do it all the time. Anyway we cancelled the order and will be doing buisness else were. BEWARE HOME DEPOT
