My wife and I had purchased a mattress from another store that we didn't like and  made arrangements to return it. We purchased a mattress from Traylor Furniture and asked if they could deliver it on the date we were to return the other mattress. The time line to do that wasn't going to work but they said they would try. A few days later they informed us that they made arrangements to accommodate us. However, on the day before the scheduled delivery they called informing us that the wrong mattress was delivered to them and said they were trying to get it right - with one day to do so. It usually takes two weeks or more out to schedule a delivery. On the day our old mattress was picked up Traylor Furniture called and said the mattress was on its way and they would bring it as soon as it arrived at their dock. They made it just before they were to close. I don't know what magic they worked in order to get all of that done for us but it is a great example of a business that really cares about their customers - it is called quality customer service. The staff at Traylor Furniture is awesome - the best. Our most sincere thanks to them. What they did for us is something we will never forget. I am not sure that any big city furniture store would have cared that much.

I was looking for a specific dining room set that was not in stock anywhere.  Shay at Traylor worked hard with me to find what I was looking for and get pricing for it.  Delivery in terrible weather and set up was so professional.  From beginning to end of the entire experience was very pleasant.  Very thankful for the professional service I received from this business.  Will continue to purchase our products from Traylor.

I had a great experience buying furniture from Traylors.  They have great prices and a great staff that up and beyond my expectations of a small town business.  I would recommend anyone to check them out.

My wife and I bought a mattress a few years back. We love the way we were treated and now that our family is growing, we plan on going back to buy a second mattress. We cannot say enough great things about Traylor Furniture.
