Pro desk was very helpful as was the employee in the doors and windows department. The older gentleman in the paint department was gruff and grouchy as it appeared he was filling in someone on break. Other than that, extremely good experience.

Went to get pricing on different paints and bases, had some questions about different textures and application on different surfaces,  I had a positive experience,  the questions that were not know,  was quickly answered  because the staff contacted one of the store Representatives that deal directly with the store about paint.  I needed metalatex, and it's been ordered.

I spent 15 minutes waiting for an employee to assist me after asking for help. A cashier called one of the workers and they never came. Obviously they don't want your business if they can't be bothered to help.
