I've used Joe & Berea Hardwoods for several yrs for turning supplies.  The products are among the best; Customer Service is great and Joe always takes time to explain details and help you through any questions.

I do agree that they should advertise the retail office as being closed at 3pm, however, the service we received was GREAT.  Joe is truly a Subject Matter Expert and is willing to give pointers and tips.  The quality of the products is superior to what I have found elsewhere.
You should be warned that this is an internet business that operates a small retail area at the HQ.  I was expecting a store and was a little surprised that it was a office/warehouse.  
I will be buying all my pens and kits from these guys now.

Only open until 3 pm. Drove half hour to discover them closed at 4:30.
