Poor lumber selection, all twisted 2x4, 2x6, have to spend 20 minutes to find few straight ones, other than that no complains. it's the best layout of the store out of all locations.. I spend over 20k per year on remodeling my homes at this store..

I can honestly say I have never had a good experience at this store. Employees don't know policies between one another, service is terrible, If you intend on shopping there I would recommend buying online and picking up at store because that would most likely be the least painful way to make a purchase there. Good luck!

I shop at Home Depot for all of my home improvement supplies and tools. Hours are accommodating, staff is courteous and helpful. Prices are competitive. Child friendly. Host several events a year for family and business owners.

Love the place. There were a LOT of people working there. Quite a lot. Helpful too. Got what I wanted in no time. Good experience.

If I could give their installation services a zero I would. They came and did the measuring for a job at my house, did part of the installation and then had to stop because some wrong material was delivered. I tried reaching the installer for weeks but, if you can believe it they didn’t have voicemail or emails so good luck getting a hold of them. Weeks later there it was finally corrected after I complained to a manager at Home Depot. Then they tried telling me I owed more labor charges because their measuring services quoted the installer as being able to do something that they weren’t actually qualified to do and would need to pay custom charges to finish the job. What seemed like a quick job became a long job that was ultimately a DIY. Go to Lowe’s in Brockport. They’ve just two installations for me and it was a total breeze. This was a nightmare.
