Reviews

Faysrds packs a ton of items into a small package.  The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and always ready to help you.  They may not have the square footage to match the Big Box stores, but their prices are pretty competitive and the personalized help can't be beat.

Not a very pleasant hardware store to shop at. The cashier treats their costumers by the names "bro" "bud" and "man". The manager John, instead of coming out and helping the customer, tells the cashier to tell the customer "if you don't see it we don't have it". So I opted for driving to another hardware store where I was helped and given the part that I needed being the exact one that they had at Fayard. I guess we're better off driving the few extra miles to get customer service and to pay a cheaper price. Thank you, my local hardware store.

An amazing selection of products for such a small store.Great customer service.Worth the extra penny compared to the time and travel to the box stores.
