Went to Home Depot to purchase nuts bolts washers. Difficult to find the right size because each bin has two or three different sizes from people just tossing them back in and it seems that the bins are never sorted out. The workers are helpful but there's simply not enough of them. For the most part the cashier's are cheerful but if you can't find what you need what good is that?

Home Depot has drop their customer service so hard that hurt. It is so hard to find a friendly face in the corridors. It's look like you are bothering them when you ask for help.  There are some friendly cashiers but it seems that instead to be the rule is the exception.

Home Depot is always reliable as professional, affordable, and well stocked. Only wish they had worm castings for my garden. 

I've been there more than once when an employee took time out to help me search for a part that couldn't have been more than a dollar. Really great service.
