Half if the people that work there have No clue what they sell n where is it but the app is pretty good

I came into the store to return a wrench last month. 17mm ratcheting. Pete at customer service turned me away, very rudely, instructing me to call husky for all warranty related exchanges. I did produce the tool for him to see exactly what I was returning. As of now husky’s phone line apologizes and says return to store. Policy has been in place for 5 years. Come on Home Depot get you act together. First world problems none the less.

Very good. The man that helped me was very helpful especially considering that what I was looking for was not in a department that he works in. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind that it took 5 or 6 whole minutes to find it. He did his job very well.
