Special thanks to Manager Mary who assisted me this week.  She made sure to help me with a request and totally delivered!  Jesus also was kind and personable/helpful loading the equipment into my truck.  If you need good service this particular Depot is really strong.  Located by the Christmas Tree Shop off exit 6 in Nashua they offer Fantastic customer service with many employees at this Location.  I have been to others and none are as friendly and helpful as this one.  The Mangers Ray and Mary are always helpful and obviously by the way the employees from multiple departments such as Art in Garden or Katie in Kitchen Design or Sue at the front desk treat customers well every time.  You can tell Mangers are doing great here.  I also had a women help about 2 months ago in the Christmas lights section and she was extremely helpful as well.

Horrible customer service from assistant manager John. I purchased a wine cooler from the online website to be delivered to this store. The first time there was a huge dent in the cooler and the compressor was super loud and rattled. I returned the original with no expectation of getting anything off a new one. The new one arrived yesterday and I went to pick it up today on my lunch break. While at the service desk waiting to pick the new one up for a second time mind you, an employee informed me this package was delivered with a wet bottom and was now flipped upside down in an open box. Obviously when I looked at this package it was not acceptable to be brought home and given as a gift to my wife, ONCE AGAIN. I politely asked to speak with a manager and unfortunately Assistant Manager John was who I received. Never have I been so disrespected and treated like I didn't matter than having to deal with assistant manager John. He walked away from me 3 times saying he had just got in and couldn't do anything for me. I will never be going to this Home Depot again and strongly recommend everyone else avoid this place as well. Assistant manager John was horrible and has ZERO customer service skills.

Wonderful staff. Always helpful and greet you with a smile. Home Depot is a large company, however exit 6 they act like your local hardware store. Nathaniel the asst. store manager goes above and beyond for his clients.

Easy to get around and good help. Not as clean or well lit as Lowe's

Looking for some electrical help? Don't visit this store. Associates unwilling to help find items in this dept. Had amazing service at Lowes.
