Writing this while I’m still in this store. You guys have the worst customer service. If you are going to hire people please make sure they know the store and products before putting them on the floor. Management should be ashamed. Had to walk around for 10-15 minutes before finding any help which has to be paged for. Your inventory says you guys have something in stock yet you guys say you don’t. Doesn’t make sense. Overall horrible experience

I needed window blinds cut to size. The dept. rep was unresponsive to me and continued to have a non-work related conversation with his coworker. He finally helped me and try to tell me that the blinds wouldn't need to be cut (window are recessed and three different widths, all smaller than the blind length). He cut the blinds after some debate but then I had to go back to the store because two of them were completely cut unevenly. One of them had the bottom base blind not cut at all and he had missed the top three blinds on the other. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER GOING BACK. You're better off shopping at Lowes next door.

Crowded today because of the nice weather. Staff was very helpful and informed. All isles seemed to be fully stocked and plenty of fresh flowers

The waiting and the customer service has been terrible here. My father is in construction business so I go to a lot of home depot stores around the tri state area and this store has been by far the worst. First waiting for an order that was supposed to be pulled friday (its Monday today) was not pulled so I had to wait an hour. Then, they dont have red flags for us to attach it to our purchase (moulding that extended 16')- without it it's against the law to drive on the road. This store is the epitome of it not being organized. Not well managed at all. If you can go elsewhere.

Terrible..no communication for 1 storm door I have made 5 trips was told my card was declined, gave another card. and then find out both my cards were charged had to go back again to store and hopefully when Bill comes it is adjusted Also don't ever try and call the store yesterday I was disconnected 3 times.Mind you this door was ordered over 5 weeks ago only to find out the order was Never Put Through....Reason they claim the one I wanted don't come in 82 inches...however No one ever called to let me know...Stay away from this store.
