I wish I spoke Spanish I had been in line for a while when they finally opened the line next to mine. Instead of taking me which is what they should have done considering I was next in line. The clerk told the customer behind me in Spanish that he could come to the new line that just opened. I had 2 items and was behind someone with at least 30 items. I was purchasing boxes. So I left right then and there and drove up the street and found better selection at Office Depot for less money. Home Depot Lake Worth has lost my business which is too bad considering I have spent several thousand dollars there and I live locally. I will now do my home improvement shopping at Lowe’s. Hopefully they will value loyal customers time better.

I love this location. We never have to look for a staff member. They always pop by while shopping to ask if we need help. So friendly. They have a great selection in the gardening dept. And clean bathrooms.

Today they get 5 stars because the employees actually helped me today. I go here often and the employees can never tell me where things are located, they act like it's a big deal to help the customers and the go to phrase is "I don't know" .... these two that helped me today must be new never seen them before and they were VERY helpful , answered all my questions, took me to areas , gave me great information.

It's an OK place. Never have anything though. I made a special order and they said it was gonna take only a week and that they will call me to let me know when my order was there. The order took 2 weeks to get here and they never called. What a great customer engaging! 🙄

Typical Home Depot. Seems to be one of their older locations but carries anything you need for the home and has ample parking.
