Had an EXCELLENT visit here!! Need to give a shout out to all the wonderful folks here - Marlon was my rock star sales person in appliances - he really went for bat for me on two very expensive appliances and did whatever he could to get the best price !! Julie was awesome in helping with info on a mattesss I was shopping (she's super funny also!) , Miguel was very patient no matter how many times I asked him if he was SURE I could return these items in case the sizes didn't work for my kitchen remodel , and Rachael was super friendly at checkout !! I was so impressed I had to share with Eddie their store manager who was also extremely friendly. I saved a boatload on high end appliances here - it's the best deal around for these items and adding a 5 year warranty still keeps it hundreds if not thousands less than retail!!! Definitely going back!

We ordered a fridge and patio set from sears outlet in palm beach , anyway fridge was delivered but not patio set. Called customer service and they told me it will be delivered the next day.. called the outlet myself and spoke to a wonderful lady Sarah.. I’ll admit I’m not an easy person when frustrated but she was very help and called me back when I asked for the manager .. she should be promoted for her excellent service.. still did not resolve the delivery issues so I’ll just go pick it up.. I will add she did get someone to help me when I get there.. thank you Sarah ..

It pains me to write a negative review but my family and I feel it is important to express our irritation/displeasure with the service provided from the Sears Outlet on 4560 Forest Hill Boulevard West Palm Beach, FL 33415. After doing some research over the course of the last month, my wife and I decided on purchasing a GE Café Series Induction Range for our house. We found one we liked that fit in our price range and even though it was refurbished, we decided the pros outweigh the cons as long as we remain with an accredited business we know will honor the warranty if needed (insert Sears Here). Sears in West Palm priced a Refurbished Range that had a small scratch on its side that wouldn’t have mattered to us because the scratched side would not be exposed in our kitchen. I purchased the unit online paying for it with my CC and elected to pick up the appliance in person, as we needed to have the appliance in a timely manner. After I paid for the unit, I received a confirmation email immediately and a couple days later received an email explaining the appliance is ready for pick up (all seemed pretty standard to me). I live in North Florida and needed to take the day off of work to drive down to pick it up so just to double check I called the store on Sunday to make sure all was good to go before I made the trip. A gentlemen over the phone confirmed that the range is in fact there and waiting for my arrival. All seemed good to go until I received a call at 6:00pm the night before I planned to drive there from a lady at the store saying the range is no longer available. I was hoping she was simply misinformed because I had a confirmation on the purchase along with proof that the funds were taken from my account and every detail anyone would need to show that I own the range and simply needed to pick it up. After asking a few questions I found out there was a glitch in the online system and they sold my appliance after I already paid for it to someone else. They also said they will not be able to replace the Range with another one because there are no more refurbished ones available. Seriously Sears? You take our money but accidentally sell the appliance we purchased and don’t offer me another one to make things right? I don’t care if you don’t have a refurbished one or not, you need to provide me with the range I bought and invested my time for. We are supposed to have family in town next week and we will not have the Range. Plus, I ordered it 8 days ago, did my due diligence in advance to make sure it was there before I took the day off of work, and yet still get screwed. Honestly we know things like this may happen from time to time and we’re understanding that sometimes people make mistakes, but Sears made a mistake and needed to make things right and chose not to do anything about it. This is not acceptable to us. Follow up: I called the store today to express my frustration and they said they would need to discuss the issue with their district manager. They expressed the only way to get a hold of him/her is online and don’t have a direct contact. They said “the best thing I can do is write a negative complaint about the store and more than likely someone will notice it and reach out to me.” It is very sad how far Sears has fallen.
