HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was here to exchange the propane for the first time. The cashier was very rude. She was yelling very loud to tell us the propane need to be outside, and she kept yelling "Outside, outside." Instead, she could used her normal voice to tell me the propane not allowed in the store and I need to leave it outside. She was very rude, dark skin lady, name V. If I wasn't in the rush, I would have the talk with the store manager. But It's no point to talk to the manager because there are many negative reviews.

This is located at very convenient location away from traffic if you come from back side way. This store is not that busy and parking is also always available and so this makes it my favorite store. But they do not carry lots of inventories. If they can improve in that they can earn 5 stars from their customers.

Visited Lilburn store twice this week. 1st trip to buy cabinet hardware. No stock. (Had a few weeks ago). Told to order online. Today went to buy chainsaw and fan remote batteries. Batteries out of stock. Told to order online. You know what? Found both online at better prices than HD. Somebody is asleep at the wheel....I spent maybe 20 k at HD over the past 12 months. If they are not going to stock it I will shop online then from the places that have better deals and delivery times.

All the 1 star reviews are completely justified. I've honestly never left a bad review until now. I literally just walked out of this Home Depot & I'm typing up this review in my car. That's how bad the (lack of) service was. The 3 employees working in the nursery blatantly ignored me as I walked in. I browsed the Christmas trees for over 30 minutes and I was visibly struggling to lift these 7 foot, heavy trees (I'm 5'2 100 lbs haha). They just stared at me (I was directly in their line of sight the whole time I was here). Not one person offered any kind of assistance. They stood around doing absolutely nothing; talking amongst themselves. I could also tell they were talking about me as they watched me leave (no bye either lol). The employees at Lowe's down Beaver Ruin were prompt in service when I came in earlier today. Two people helped me inspect their trees & stayed with me the entire time to help me out. I would understand if it was a busy day here but I was the only customer in the nursery. Never coming back to this location.
