Purchased a new A/C and furnace. Stefon Henderson helped us choose the perfect unit for our needs, and the folks at ARS handled installation. Had our new system up and running within a matter of hours! If you need any HVAC systems, ask for Stefon, and tell him Tyler Camper sent you!

Worse customer service ever. Avoid this guy "Patel" does not listen and rude. Never have or had a problem at this location with any other employee other than this guy. Talked to shift leader "Carla"they brushed it off and gave me a card with the Store Managers name and number! Told me to keep coming back and hopefully I will see in Mr. Patel what they see .. unfortunately I have been there several times and I have seen what mr. Patel.does.and I still stand by my opinion that he is rude and does not listen.Furthermore.. the number is like calling the store directly you enter the ext: and then it goes to a call recording stating all operators are busy..[so much for direct extension] waited 30 mins still no answer. So I'm just putting down my experience with the Home Depot on 78 and in my opinion they obviously do not care about their customers. In hopes that corporate will one day review the reviews and see where they are lacking.

Don't buy wooden fence material from hear most of thw wood materials is warped . It will cost you more time and headache

This store is way more expensive. I compared prices with Lowes near by on 78 and prices for the same item is almost double. Also it is not well organized. Only thing is you can always find someone who can help you. Limited varieties of products. Also they have this weird pro parking so it hard to find parking near to the store entrance. I would rather go to some other store than going to this store.

Bought Samsung washer and dryer. Home Depot forgot to order it! We called on the day it was to be delivered and the store manager did not care. He blamed it on Samsung. Called Home Depot customer service and she was very nice and helpful. She told us that it was never ordered. When new dryer finally arrived it squeeks when running and does not dry. Again called the store, they don't care. Told us to contact Samsung. Called customer service, she transferred us to Samsung. Waited 40 min on hold and got disconnected. Very disappointed with customer service. I'm going to lowes across the street and recommend everyone else does also!
