There was a time this store was fantastic but not for quite awhile. Our last visit was to get two keys made. After waiting nearly twenty minutes for assistance, the girl who came to cut our keys was more interested in her cell phone than us. When we got home, one of the two keys didn't work! Now...today July 1 2017, my husband has been trying to get help once again...this time by phone. He has been put on hold by four different people. He has been on hold twice once for 22 minutes and this time for 27 minutes. You know, there are plenty of people who need work. Maybe its time to clean house. But for us, it's time to visit Lowes.

Needed help with a specific screw and the lady who worked there helped me. She knew exactly where to look and exactly what i needed. When I come there i always get great help from the employees there! Very nice, helpful and smiles.

The customer service my boyfriend recieved wasn't very nice, he had to walk down 3 isles before he found an employee to help him. The gentlemen was very informative but seemed annoyed by our inquiry & uninterested in helping us find an alternative to the problem. He was very short & quick to dismiss us so he could continue his own tasks. We were left to find an alternative solution on our own, which was a bummer. We found a fix & checked out smoothly at the self check out.

Special ordered a shower base three weeks ago...they kept leading me on saying it would arrive by next week. Now I'm behind on construction all because someone couldn't be honest with me on arrival time. I still haven't received anything even after CS assured me a Tuesday arrival. I understand you're getting it from a third party vendor bit two weeks after the expected date is absurd. I've never had such terrible planning and service.
