I didn't get a refund after I brought back my paint my 3rd time buying paint. The color didn't match the 2 previous times and was too dark, despite the fact I had shown the label for the cans when buying them this 3rd tkme. They took my old paint, and I bought two new cans. No refund or discount. Guess it will be Lowe's for me from now on. I will say, thanks to the man who helped me buy my first 5 gallon of paint for trying to help.

Very very poor customer service. Asked 7 people to help me find item all they did just point me in different ailes. 1 employee was just interested in getting me into AC servicing. Told him that i was not interested still he kept on . Finally 1 gentleman name Mr. Salam was very kind enough to help me find the item. Thank you very much Mr Salam.

Purchased a dishwasher & got it delivered on July 14th but it's a broken dishwasher that leaks. I'm without a dishwasher for two weeks & XPO logistics Home Depot delivery partner is even worse they keep you on hold & freely forget. Try calling them from line 2 & remind them that you're on hold on line 1. No wonder hold times are insane as they have no solutions.

I purchased an electric cable from another Home Depot but it turned out to be the wrong cable. I came to this location since it's close to my house, to return it along with some other miscellaneous things. After spending 30 min. waiting at the register bc of technical issues, Vicky (cashier) didn't seem to have a helping attitude and simply told us that we couldn't return the cable. We also talked to Lester from the electrical department and he told us "You're gonna have to take it to where you bought it from, cause they gave you the wrong one". Why there and not here!? I thought they were all the same store. So I asked for the manager and I had to wait another 10 min. for him. Mr. Jose (manager) came and didn't want to help us either and told us the same thing, to take it to the other Home Depot where we bought it from. Very bad customer service! I wasted so much time and didn't get the help I needed. From now on, I will be doing my business purchases from Lowes
