Shopping was easy,
Checkout was a nightmare! 5 minutes to find what I needed, 10-15 minutes standing in checkout line. Definitely need to find a better time to shop here

Usually have the tools I want. Neat to find the T5 torx set that can open laptops at a price cheaper than the ones at a electronics store.

Nice, neat and stocked store.  Lots of tools for any need. Largest tool boxes I have ever seen. Would return for sure

Female manager has not been taught or did not learn customer relations. I had to pry an answer out of her. She was very rude to her cashier, not correcting his error butbut berrating him for it..Unprofessional....
