I only trust my neighborhood Home Depot in finding whatever tools  needed for any home improvement project that I want to tackle on my own. They have the best equipment, knowledgeable  employees and great prices.I am so so happy that they are so nearby. Thank You and keep  up the great service!!

Worthless at best. This place is always under staffed. The (helpless) helpers are wearing plane clothes and standing around like bums. When you do figure out who works there they are no help at all. "I think it might be over there, let me check" and as if he was David Copperfield  he vanished into thin air. The place closes at 8 when it lists 10. I spent 45 minutes and walked out empty handed then went to Menards down the street  the first person I saw walked me straight to what I needed and I was out the door in ten. This place is not worth your time or money. They must hire the people who were fired from Mcdonalds.

Avoid going in this store!!!  Went in looking for a dehumidifier last night 6/22/2017.  Approached the "Customer Service" desk where two women employees where speaking to each other at a register and did not acknowledge my presence, even after being like two three feet from them.   I left the desk and started walking through the aisles,  I asked two other employees, they did not know where they were located nor did they make an attempt to assist me in finding them.   After skimming through the aisles and not being able to locate them, I decided to walk out, thinking maybe Home Depot doesn't sell any dehumidifiers.  Once in my car, I decided to check the website, wish I would have done that first since the website provided aisle number.  There is a Target next to this Home Depot, I went in there and gave them my money instead. I have never experienced bad service at any Home Depot until last night.  I'm new to the area and this is the closest Home Depot to me I will drive the extra miles to go to another HD store.

I agree with all the horrible customer service reviews. The staff doesn't know much. One time they had me walking in circles. 3 different employees sent me to 3 different aisle... In multiple occasions with or without a receipt they will make any excuse to not return my item. So I always end up driving to a different Home Depot to return the items they refuse to return. And I never have a problem elsewhere.
I guess I will start taking my 50k a year to menards now.
