I've had a few negative shopping experiences here however on the day July 4th 2017 an energetic delightful young lady MARI (cashier) was eager to 1) engage the customer (myself) .2) took interest in my day 3) gave me a $2 discount on damaged merchant. 4) thanked me for shopping at her store. I'm a HD supervisor and I know we set expeditions with all our associates but we don't always get to experience it first hand pleasantly surprised and thank you again .

Terrible, simply terrible. Bought 2 bags of rock salt. About to leave and security asks me if they can see my receipt. I said why and it's as though she didn't even hear me and went into my cart and took it to write a check mark on it. I said to her why she did that without my consent and she simply said it's her job. Since when does home depot hire security to treat a buying customer like he could be under suspicion of theft and against his wishes force their will upon him against his consent. If home depot is filled with cameras, with staff, and the customer is checked out by the cashier in front of security, what was the need for security to take my receipt from my cart against my wish not to. Home depot has big problems and they better fix this.

I've come here sometimes when I order online and pick up here but this time I stopped by to buy some Air filters for my house. There are a lot of associates and this time they were all busy and did not offer to help but I didn't need the help anyway so no complaint here. I grabbed what I needed and got other things as well and left. They do have a large parking lot, they also offer rentals of tools as well as their trucks. FYI for rentals you need a credit card not just a debit card. They do have a large selection of things and specials. Will keep coming back.

Never stocked, always have to grab someone from the department to get me something I need from upper shelves. Terrible lumber department.

Stanley in the paint department was great. He helped my mom with beautify colors to remake her kitchen and helped her to her car. That was something we didn't expect.
