I went to the plant department yesterday and saw some beautiful plants in need of loving care on the sale rack. I asked about them, but I was told they had not been discounted. I went today and they were gone. I inquired about them and the cashier told me the manager had them destroyed and thrown in the back dumpster. He wouldn't even let the employees buy them at a sale price. This is a crime. Plants are living creatures and people like me will buy them, even when they don't look very pretty, and bring them back with a little care. I was going to buy them for my church. Actually, my church is being refurbished and we have spent a good amount of money at your store. I rarely leave feedback about Home Depot stores because I visit so many of them on a daily basis. Sometimes service is good, other times, my experiences are fair to poor. However, I feel the need to point out 2 departments in the Andalusia Home Depot I have literally had good experiences with everytime I have shopped here. The plumbing department and the Pro Desk. Always very helpful to me and with professionalism and friendly attitides. It give me reason to sometimes go out of my way to shop this particular store. Thanks for the grear service!

Easy online ordering and pickup. Customer Service Rep at Online Pickup counter was cheerful and accommodating. She even rang up batteries that I grabbed while waiting saving me from waiting in line for that purchase.

DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM HOME DEPOT. They sub contract to unknowlegable and unreliable people. They came and measured my bay window twice and still got the size wrong. Then they gave us a new date and no one showed up. You have to deal with multiple people if there is an issue and NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. I WILL NEVER EVER USE HONE DEPOT AGAIN. I rather give my money to LOWES or just hire a contractor myself and save the money Hone Depot gets a cut of for literally doing nothing.
