At the Special services pros Desk.!!! I Order a lumber package for my outdoor Pavilion on 5-16-2017 on Tuesday morning. I Was told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday The same week. So I called Friday afternoon asking about my lumber and when it would be delivered. The lady I talked to stated.!!! They had not received my lumber package that I ordered to their store yet . She would call me back first thing Monday morning and let me know about my delivery. So I waited till 11:30 am Monday morning and called them back. After She never called me back as she promised. So I called back to Home Depot again today Monday 5-22-2017 She said that it had not Been delivered to their Store yet and they would receive it sometime Monday or Tuesday of this week. Now it will be sometime Thursday or Friday of the following week. So please Home depot if you're running behind on deliveries or they have not been delivered to your store yet .(please have a customer service representative from your company call your paying customers ) call people and let them know the truth and then return your phone calls as you told me you would do.. I've always been pretty happy with Home Depot customer service.!!!! Not today though.!!!! I would normally give them a five star review but as of today for this order you will get a 1 star review for not doing your job in customer Service or even follow ups as promised. It should have been done without me having to call .!!!! As a business owner of the garage door company. I would never do my customers this way. You should always offer 100% customer satisfaction and take that very serious. Honesty and integrity go along way in my book.

Service not good at all in plumbing area. I asked 4 an item that showed to be in their store. I was simply told if it's not there we don't have it and he walked away

Open at 6am monday - Friday which is convenient for me as I get off work at that time; helpful employees and quick check out

This store has some serious issues. The return lines stretch out the door. There are a lot of employees walking around, many ignore the the customers. That are always out of stock of needed (what I typically need) items. Many times I end up going to Lowe's to finish my gathering of project items. Update, got stupid and went to this store again. Help what help, they scatter like roaches. In in lumber, not a worker in sight. I called the store (from within the store), they connected me to lumber.... no answer. Off to Lowe's I go. I will drive the extra mile.... from here on out. If some one from Home Depot cares, I spend over 3,000 a year... how many others feel the same way..... Good luck
