It's 1:30 in the afternoon, the Isle with all the nuts, screws and nails is closed. There's one person stocking from a cart. When asked when I might be able to use the Isle I was told "I don't know", when I went to customer servive I asked to speak to a manger, they didn't call one. I didn't yell, I didn't curse and I wasn't rude. Why would you close this isle in the middle of the day, it makes no sense

The first items I needed (construction adhesive, batteries) no problem. Then I drove down to the garden center, found a flat top cart, wheeled it to the entrance and it was closed. It was 9:20am. I called to a staff person and he said it wasn't open yet because there was no one available to work the check out. I told him that I was after mulch and his suggestion was for me to push the cart to the main entrance and come around that way. No thank you Home Depot. You need to get your act together.

When in to purchase a weed wacker and they did not have the specific one that I was looking for so the employee that was helping me find the item was very knowledgeable about some other ones, she even went as far as telling me that they would give me a bigger and better one for the same price since they didn't have the one I was looking for

I agree the customer service here is lacking with the Associates who work here. I have come into the store several times and been unable to locate a product and no one even bothered to offer assistance. Yet there was tons of employees just standing around or walking around. A few times I have had to actually go to Customer Service to have someone paged to come help me. Its outrageous! Why have so many employees when they aren't doing anything?

Its a HD, so you can find all the items that are available in a regular HD. What makes one HD stand out is the employees. This HAD is NOT one of my favorite stores because of the lack of courtesy and knowledge of employees. But the exception of this particular store is that it sells roof tiles by piece, I never saw that in any other stores! Everywhere they sell by whole box, doesn't matter if you just need only one piece. Just because of that, I rated 4 star.
